92年にNYのクラブ"SUGAR"をオープンさせた元オーナー。SOHO出身の白人。アーティストとしても数々のクラブヒットをリリースしていたが、不運にもクラブ内で麻薬の密売現場が行われ無罪の罪で逮捕となる。彼は無意味な懲役期間を終え、すべて再出発となり途方にくれつつ口笛を吹いていた。そのフレーズを聞いたBEAR KNUCKLEオーナーが声をかけたのがきっかけとなりレーベル参加が決定した。Beat Exproller.EP をリリース。
